Day Of CoordinationFor the cost savvy client who wants to plan their own wedding,
and have an on-site coordinator manage the rehearsal and wedding day so they can relax and party! Clients are given our proprietary wedding planning resources we use to plan all of our Alaskan events. A month before the big day, Clients hand over their well laid plans to their coordinator who triple confirms all of the day-of details, runs the rehearsal, and manages the big day to ensure an easy breeze wedding full of fun. **Sorry we don't offer one day "Day Of" wedding coordination. Why, you ask? The answer is simple. It can be a disaster for our wedding team to step in to take on the "Day Of" tasks, We would be courting disaster. We like the peace of mind of being involved in the planning process so we aren't showing up at your event unaware of your planning and vision for your special day. Partial PlanningYou know what you want and have jumped right into the wedding planning process, booking your venue and selecting your favorite vendors. While your planning is moving right along, you are wanting someone to come in and tie up loose ends and ensure everything is in place, so you can enjoy the rest of your engagement season. Our Partial Planning Packages are ideal for the couple, like you, who may have already completed portions of the planning and require less assistance than the full planning and design clients. You are afforded a hands-on role in all your planning activities, by allowing you to pick and choose how, and when you want our assistance.

Just need help in the design and decoration of your magical wedding day? Our experienced wedding team brings your wedding day design, decoration visions and dreams come to life. This package is ideal for couples who are taking care of all the planning details (i.e. vendor selection (other than decoration vendors), budget management, ceremony and reception coordination and planning management, etc. Couples are able to celebrate in a beautifully decorated space with all the work.
